In the story of a little incident, what made the incident unforgettable? ​

For me its the narratot becase he is the one who wants to make the boy/man run fast withouth noticing the old lady and when the action already happened nstead of doing something good loke helping the weak lady he wants to ignore her. He realized his mistake that its unforgettable for him, he musnt forget that event because his mistake are example so that you could know what things you should avoid.
