Why students are being depressed? ​

It is because of overthinking, pressure from parents and studies and I think because of social media also. Because in social media instead of seeing uplifting posts there are a lot of pages and users who are also posting depressing and suicidal thoughts instead.

A lack of sleep,poor eating habits and not enough exercise are a recipe for depression among student plus the financial worries,pressure in home and failed relationship.
